Living Area Features
You’ll find two opposing sofas here, which can also double as your sleeping area. If you’re a solo traveler, one sofa might be enough since you can create a bed and leave the other one as a comfortable sofa.
The entertainment center in this RV is exceptional, and you’ll enjoy a great TV viewing experience from the sofa.
The floor is carpetless and ventless which makes cleaning quick and easy.
The windows are prepped for shades for privacy and to keep cool if you want them.
Kitchen Features
One of the 373BH’s most impressive features is the kitchen.
Instead of adding a kitchen slide, which might limit storage and prep space, the 373BH has a spacious and well-thought-out kitchen area.
This is great for families who love to cook and spend time in the heart of the RV. You’ll have plenty of storage and prep space, so you can prepare and enjoy meals with ease.
Keep in mind that some might find the 10.7 cubic ft. fridge slightly small for a family RV. Many RVers find ways to make it work, but you’ll have to decide if it fits your needs.
Bathroom Features
The half bath in this 5th wheel is another highlight.
Extra counter space is a thoughtful addition and leaves room for toothbrushes and other personal items.

Extra cabinet space and a large vent fan in both the half bath and main bathroom add to the overall convenience and comfort of your RV.
Bedroom Features
Rockwood/Flagstaff 373BH features a comfortable queen-sized bed.
The absence of a wall directly across from the bed might make TV viewing less convenient for some. But, the pivoting swing arm for the TV, allows you to enjoy entertainment from either the bed or the seating area.
The bedroom also includes lots of storage space, including a closet and dresser.
Road Mode: Towing and Travel Access
Accessing this RV in travel mode is more convenient than you might expect. With slides closed, you can still access the bedroom, bathroom, and refrigerator, which is essential for a smooth road trip.
However, the bunk room remains off-limits unless all slides are extended.
