What Is BishFix?

We’ve done thousands of these calls and found that 40% of the time our technician can walk you through a solution over the video phone call! 

For many RVers, this means your RV gets fixed without ever entering our service center!

As long as you have a BishFix membership you won’t need to waste a single minute searching for similar fixes on YouTube or trying to solve the problem yourself.

How Do I Get A BishFix Membership?

Purchased Your RV From Bish's:

A customer who purchases any new or used RV from a Bish's RV location will receive a complementary 1-year BishFix Membership.  

Soon-To-Be Bish's Customers:

We are currently signing up new members that did not purchase their RV from a Bish’s RV location. This special offer is available for a limited time and in limited quantities, as membership availability will be based on our capacity to provide top-tier service to all our members.

How Can I Renew My Membership?

  • How do I get the BishFix service?

    BishFix is now available at every Bish's RV store, and a 1-year BishFix Membership is included with any new or used RV purchased from Bish's RV. 

  • How do I get BishFix if I've already purchased a new or used RV from Bish's RV? 

    For our past RV purchasing customers, to learn more about a BishFix Membership, please call 1-866-BishFix (1-866-247-4349). 

  • What does a BishFix Membership include? 

    The BishFix Membership includes talking to a skilled Master Certified RV Service Technician by a video call to diagnose RV repairs, troubleshoot through issues, and to help with quick, easy fixes over the call.

    Here's a breakdown of what the membership includes:  

    >> Direct Access To Certified Technicians: Available Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM MT with extended days and hours during camping season.

    >> Video Call Trouble-Shooting: Free video consultation calls with Master Certified Service Technicians who diagnose the problems and walk you through the steps to fix simple repairs. Most calls take less than 30 minutes.

    >> Repairs Started Immediately: If your camper needs complex repairs, parts are ordered and warranty authorizations are requested immediately after your video consultation.

    >> Exclusive Real-Time Warranty & Parts Processing: Stay updated with the processing of your warranty claims and parts orders.

    >> Speedy Service Visits: When we get warranty approval and the parts are received for your repairs, we aim to get your RV back to you in under 3 days once it arrives at our shop.

    You can use the BishFix service as much as you need it while you have the membership! 

  • What if my RV cannot be fixed during the video call?

    If additional repairs are needed after the video call, BishFix jump starts the parts, warranty, and any authorization processes needed. The customer keeps their RV while these processes are taking place, and if safe to use, are encouraged to keep RVing! The RV is only brought into the dealership when all parts are in, all authorizations have been approved, a skilled technician has been scheduled, and it's time to fix the RV. 

  • How much does RV service repairs cost through the BishFix Membership? 

    A 1-year BishFix Membership is included with any RV purchased at Bish's RV, or if your current RV was purchased from a Bish's RV location you'll receive a BishFix Membership for 2024. You’ll only have to pay more if the RV has to come in for an additional repair diagnosis; all service repairs, installations, and/or maintenance fees; and the cost of the parts to fix the repair issues. If the repair is covered by a valid warranty plan, you won’t even have to pay for that.

  • Can I get a BishFix Membership if I didn't buy from Bish's RV? 

    If you didn't purchase your current RV from a Bish's RV location and you'd like a BishFix Membership, you can purchase a membership by clicking the button below or by calling 1-866-BishFix (1-866-247-4349).

  • Can I use the BishFix service without a membership? 

    Right now, the BishFix service is limited to those who have active memberships. 

  • Will I be talking to a real person when I call BishFix?

    Yes! We have a dedicated staff answering the phone calls we receive.

*The national average for RV repairs through normal RV Service with parts in-stock is 37 days; adding a warranty approval and ordering parts the national average for RV repair is 71 days according to the IDS Dealership Industry Insights report from November 2023. Average days to repair with BishFix is based off of prep work ahead of the RV coming in for the repair. Prep work includes, but is not limited to, ordering parts, getting authorizations and approvals, having a technician available for the repairs, etc. To use the BishFix service you must be with your RV and have mobile data service for SightCall to work properly. Message, data, and roaming rates may apply. See your mobile provider for details. BishFix internal data, gathered from June of 2023 to December 2023, shows on average of 40% of RV issues and repairs are resolved during the initial video call. If a customer is not a member of the BishFix service, they may be charged a fee for services rendered.
