In 1992, when Bish’s RV first opened its doors in Idaho Falls, we had no intention of evolving into the largest RV Dealer in the State of Idaho. Being family owned and operated, the owners wanted to incorporate the same ideals and values that were applied within their family. Among these were honesty when dealing with others, treating others like you would want to be treated, and always be available to provide service when it is needed. With these values in mind, the Bish’s RV Mission Statement was born.
Over the years, our customer base has swelled as folks have come to recognize through their dealings with the Bish’s RV Family, that this company is exceptional. We are dedicated to providing quality products and services that exceed the expectations of our customers, and to create an atmosphere where our customers can enjoy a positive experience as friends of our family business.
We believe that memories and the experiences you have with your family and friends will last a lifetime. Over the last 20 years, we’ve been dedicated to helping families across the State find that perfect RV that helps them create those memories.
At Bish’s RV, the business-to-customer relationship is more intimate. On one occasion, a satisfied buyer was quoted as saying “With the genuine caring, friendship and service I receive at Bish’s, it feels more like I am a member of the family than a customer”. Hence, the “Bish’s RV Family” concept was born.
We were very happy with our overall experience in Twin Falls. Clay & the whole crew were very pleasant, courteous, and willing to please. We already have recommended Bish’s & will definitely do it again.
Not only would we recommend friends & family, (and we have) we feel like family. We are very happy with our trailer and can’t wait to take it out this summer. The people were great. Whenever we pass by a trailer dealership my kids start talking about Bish’s RV. Thanks for everything!
Thank you for your prompt attention to issues with our RV. Between the responsibility taken by your business and Route 66 we are very happy with the result. route 66 is an insurance company and they had to step-up but Bish’s RV didn’t.
