Living in the 2024 Cougar 2700BH
The Cougar Sport 2700BH has a fresh take on the living area. It’s cozy and welcoming with a comfortable seating arrangement and well-placed entertainment center.
Keystone has updated the decor this year. They’ve added a nice contrast in wood tones and updated the slide flooring to match the main floor.
There is a quirky aspect where the slide flooring looks a bit like it’s floating – a minor detail that might catch your eye.
The triple bunk bed setup is one of the unique features of the living area of the 2024 Cougar 2700BH.
Each of the top bunks supports up to 300 pounds. The bottom bunk isn’t just for sleeping – it can be removed to create outdoor cargo or storage space.
If you’re creative, you can even transform the bunk area into a private office, complete with plenty of lighting and power outlets.
Kitchen Space in the 2024 Cougar 2700BH
In the kitchen, you’ll find plenty of countertop space, making meal prep a breeze.
Keystone has cleverly included power outlets in convenient locations.
There is also a 12-volt DC compressor fridge to keep your groceries stay fresh throughout your trip.

Bathroom of the 2024 Cougar 2700BH
The bathroom in the 2700BH doesn’t disappoint.
It’s tankless, on-demand water heater is ideal for families using it for back-to-back showers. FYI: taller individuals might find the shower a bit snug.
The bathroom does have decent space and includes a porcelain foot flush stool.

Resting Up in the Bedroom of the 2024 Cougar 2700BH
Moving to the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable sleeping area. The RV comes with USB plugs by the bed, a nice touch for charging devices overnight.
The storage in the bedroom is adequate. There is additional dresser space across from the bed and TV hookups if you’d like to add a TV in the bedroom.
While there is a good amount of space here, it’s not enough for a washer and dryer.
Traveling in the 2024 Cougar 2700BH
In road mode, access to certain parts of the RV is limited. The bunk room, for example, can’t be accessed unless the slide is open.
You still keep your fridge access though!

Features on the Outside of the 2024 Cougar 2700BH
The exterior of the Cougar Sport 2700BH includes a 3,000-pound towing hitch system and a solar package with a 30 amp controller.
It’s also equipped with a 20ft power awning, offering plenty of outdoor living space.
A potential concern for some RVers: The furnace exhaust is located near the spare tire on the prototype in the video, however, don’t let that worry you. This will not be placed here in the final design.
Potential Problems With the 2024 Cougar 2700BH
You can’t access the bunk room unless the slide is out. This can be a significant inconvenience for families who might need to stop and use the bunk beds during long road trips.
If accessing the bunk area without setting up the entire RV is essential for your travel style, this limitation could pose a challenge.
